Com um constante e notório crescimento no seu setor, procura reforçar a sua equipa com um(a) Junior Advisor (M/F) Learning & Development para os seus escritórios em Lisboa.


Principais Missões:

  • Trabalhar e otimizar ferramentas que melhorem a produtividade e os processos nas organizações;
  • Auxilio no desenho de programas de formação online e presencial;
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com os clientes para optimizar soluções ajustadas aos mesmos;
  • Optimização de soluções, programas e implementação dos processos definidos;

Perfil:

  • Licenciatura em Recursos Humanos, Psicologia, Sociologia ou áreas similares ;
  • Excelente nível de inglês é fundamental a nível escrito e oral;
  • Experiência profissional em posições ligadas ao contacto com cliente é maisvalia;
  • Estágios ou Experiência em área de Learning e ou Development é maisvalia;
  • Autonomia, proatividade, criatividade e resiliência;
  • Atitude, capacidade de aprendizagem rápida e curiosidade;
  • Interesse por conhecimento de empresas que trabalham diariamente inovação e melhoria de processos.
  • Disponibilidade e interesse por uma função com muita presença em clientes e que envolva comunicação constante com os mesmos;
