Customer Sales Advisor

  • Global Citizen Solutions is a multidisciplinary firm offering bespoke visa and relocation solutions in several _European and Caribbean countries_. We collaborate with specialist partners in the areas of wealth management, relocation, legal and tax affairs and concierge services._


We seek a Junior Sales Advisor for international private clients to be part of a highly successful team interacting with clients and the sales team.


What we are looking:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in English (mandatory);
  • Sales and business development experience (B2C or B2B);
  • Customer service and/or sales support experience a plus;
  • Phone contact handling skills and active listening;
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills toward efficiently communicating processes enhancements;
  • Ideal customer and sales support experience;
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively;
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices;
  • Organised and team player
  • Property market, wealth management or legal background (preferred).

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward Clients.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicate with Clients through multiple channels.
  • Maintain the daily sales pipeline with sales team.
  • Know our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Understand Clients needs and expectations.
  • Engage with the online community and respond to comments and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ethic and team player.
  • Ambitious and energetic.
  • The ability to adapt, interact and manage with different types of individuals from differentiated cultures.
