We are recruiting a SAP technician to join the internal team of our client - a company in the packaging industry.
What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?

  • Create and manage SAP Tickets;
  • Support the continual development of SAP processes;
  • Process technical incidents according to processes & Service Level Agreements (SLAs);
  • Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions in complex environments;
  • Recommend known technical solutions and develop workarounds for problem resolution;
  • Assist users with performance and scalability issues in their environments.
What is required from you?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent;
  • Minimum experience of at least 4 years in SAP;
  • Experience in SAP PP or MM-WM;
  • Knowledge in SAP QM, PM;
  • Experience in AMS support;
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0;
  • Fluent in English.
