Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with the Company’s legal obligations regarding health and safety at work;
- Plan, together with the Management, the activities for the integration of corporate objectives regarding QHSE;
- Implement the guidelines and procedures defined by the Global QHSE department;
- Manage and report to the Management the QHSE KPI’s;
- Define individual and general objectives for the QHSE department and HSO’s ;
- Promote awareness, training and informational activities for all Employees in order to implement occupational health and safety policies and procedures;
- Work together with Occupational Medicine to ensure the promotion and protection of worker’s health;
- Evaluate occupational risks in the Company and ensure the availability of documentation by the structure;
- Organize, develop, coordinate and control professional risk protection prevention activities in the company;
- Manage certifications, VCA; ISO 9001; ISO 14001; ISO 45001, etc., according to company strategy;
- Manage the certification processes and follow up of non-conformities;
- Plan, perform and report occupational safety audits;
- Manage customers’ and authorities requirements and requests:
- Work on the standardization of processes and implementation of best practices in terms of Quality, Safety and Environment together with the other units QHSE Managers.
Your Skills:
- Master / Degree in Environmental engineering or related field;
- Health and Safety level VI technician;
- Minimum 3 years in QHSE Management;
- Fluent in English, other languages as a plus German,;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools, SAP as a plus;
- Quality training; train the trainer certifications;
- Good communication skills;
- Interpersonal and Leadership skills;
- Time management and Organizational skills
