Join our remote team as a Web3 Account Executive, where you will be at the forefront of expanding our presence in Europe.

In this unique role, you will be responsible for driving growth, building relationships, and closing deals in new markets.


You will own the entire sales cycle, from identifying prospects to sealing the deal, all while shaping our brand's success in the region.

Tasks

  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership: You'll lead the entire sales process, from initial outreach and qualification to presenting demos, structuring deals, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts.
  • Market Expansion: You'll play a pivotal role in growing our presence in key European cities including Paris, Berlin, Lisbon, and Amsterdam. Your entrepreneurial mindset will be key to establishing our brand in these markets.

Requirements:

  • Base salary plus commission up to 55K, with a total compensation potential of K USD.
  • Web3 Expertise: Develop a strong understanding of the web3 and fintech landscape, working alongside a talented team in a rapidly evolving industry.
  • Impactful Role: Join an initial team of 10 people, allowing you to shape and drive the growth of our business.
  • Global Exposure: Attend major events in influential cities like NYC, London, and more.
  • Flexible Work Environment: Enjoy the benefits of a completely remotebased position, with the option to visit our offices in Tel Aviv.

  • Fintech Startup Background: Experience in a small or growing fintech startup is a must, and familiarity with web3 is a strong advantage.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Location: Based in Paris, Berlin, Lisbon, or Amsterdam, you'll be our local expert in the European market.
  • Experience: 3 to 7+ years of combined experience in both Sales Development Representative (SDR) and Account Executive (AE) roles is essential.
  • Sales Stack Familiarity: Proficiency in sales tools like Pipedrive, Sales Navigator, or equivalent platforms is expected.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle.
  • Experience in a small/growing fintech startup is a must.
