Are you ready to be a change-maker?This is your chance to be part of the success story#BeCognizantKey responsibilities | main tasks:Answering queries from customers via phone, email, and chat;Provide general and technical support;Identify, troubleshoot, document and categorize cases and possible bugs;Make well-balanced decisions and help resolve inquiries according to defined policies and procedures;Escalate complex problems according to defined procedures.
Requirements
1 year of customer service experience, preferably in contact center B2C and/or B2B environment, with live multi-channel customer support (phone, chat, email);Fluent in French (C2) & English (B2); Strong analytical, problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills;Excellent interpersonal skills, able to be empathetic with colleagues and customers alike;Excellent professional writing skills and good typing speed.Customer Support within Contact Center experienceKnowledge of BPO KPI's: C-SAT (Customer Satisfaction); NPS (Net Promoter Score) & SLAs (Service Level Agreement)Excellent command of EnglishAvailability to work in shiftsGood communication skills, both verbal and oralProactive attitude and strong team-spiritBe organized and able to manage time and tasks efficientlyQuick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills as well as being able to understand that an Operation is an ever-changing organismStrong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently and to a high standardAbility to handle not only customers' emotions, but also being able to empathize with the client's case
