What you'll do:
You will be providing CX Customer Support experience for a Streaming video platform
Channels: Phone, Chat and E-mail
Work from the Office
Location: Alcántara / Lacs Conde D 'Óbidos

Key responsibilities | main tasks:

• Audience is the premium membership customers

• Identifying the client's problem; troubleshooting them to find the solution

• Documenting each action, you take; and categorizing cases and possible bugs

• E.g. Fix account issues; Fix playing videos issues or uploading problems

• Soft Troubleshooting

Desirable skills:


• Good communication skills, both verbal and oral

• Proactive attitude and strong team-spirit

• Be organized and able to manage time and tasks efficiently

• Quick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills as well as being able to understand that an Operation is an ever-changing organism

• Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently and to a high standard

• Ability to handle not only customers' emotions, but also being able to empathize with the client's case

Must have:

• Must hold a residence and work visa permit for Portugal (mandatory)

• Customer Support within Contact Center experience

• Knowledge of BPO KPI's: C-SAT (Customer Satisfaction); NPS (Net Promoter Score) & SLAs (Service Level Agreement)

• Excellent command of English

• Native French speaking level

• Availability to work in shifts
