FOR OUR LOCATION IN TROFA WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A:

FINANCE CLERK CUSTOMER ACCOUNTING (M/F/D):

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and post accounts receivable transactions.
  • Control, clean up and monitor open items of assigned customers including account reconciliation.
  • Execution of dunning runs.
  • Accounts receivable master data creation and maintenance.
  • Coordination of trade credit insurance (reporting of overdue items and balances).
  • Preparation of evaluations and statistics; internal reporting.
  • Contact person for internal and external audits.
  • Review and optimization of own and adjacent accounting processes.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Completed accounting training or comparable studies.
  • Relevant experience in Finance & Accounting of an industrial company.
  • Specialist further qualification is an advantage.
  • High affinity for numbers and strong analytical skills.
  • Confident and efficient handling of SAP and common MS Office programs.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
