PROEF currently has an opportunity for the role of Accounts Payable/Receivable Technician (M/F).

**Responsibilities**:

- Conference and accounting of supplier documents and issuing invoices to customers;
- Analysis, processing and recording of employee expenses, cash and credit cards;
- Control and analysis of current accounts of suppliers and customers with respective reconciliation of balances;
- Coordinate account meetings with entities as customers and suppliers;
- Carry out billing processing, record customer receipts and manage outstanding balances;
- Providing clarifications to suppliers and managing customer relationships;
- Validate the information necessary for monthly accounting closing and ensure compliance with closing dates;

**Profile**:

- Training (12th year or Degree) in Accounting, Economics, Management or similar;
- Good knowledge of English - spoken and written;
- Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel;
- Rigor in meeting deadlines;
- Ability to analyze and make decisions;
- Ease of communication and interpersonal relationships;
- Eligible for professional internship;
- Dynamism and proactivity.
