About the teamThe Growth team at VEED is a cross-functional team with focus on new customer growth.

Growth at VEED champions acquisition at different moments of the user journey as well as for different business units –Self-serve, Mobile and Enterprise.

You will work closely with them to drive a massive impact for VEED.
About the roleYou'll join as a Senior Performance Marketing Manager for Growth within VEED.

Your core mission will be to own end-to-end our Paid channels, overseeing campaigns and optimizations initiatives that drive customer acquisition while reducing CAC.

This role is responsible for all paid marketing including (but not limited to) Google Ads, Paid Social and any new channels we might deem fit to test, as well as the connection between top of the funnel efforts with Sales & CRM processes and opportunities.

We're looking for someone who can strategically contribute to our acquisition strategy while handling the execution at times (you will handle the relationship with a couple of contractors, and the the idea will be to build a full in-house team mid to long term).

Last but not least, you'll work within a cross-functional team alongside Product Marketing, Sales, Data and Product Managers.
What you will doOwn a seven-figure marketing budget focused on driving new revenue efficiently.

Own our paid search, paid social, and affiliate channels strategy with focus on maximizing ROAS.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key market segments, target audiences, and competitive positioning to ensure that all campaigns align with the overall business objectives and strategy.

Work closely with the rest of the marketing team to identify new growth opportunities via competitive analysis, user research or market researchDevelop an optimisation strategy for landing pages and advertising texts through A/B tests and frequent evaluation of the user journeyDrive an experimental approach to campaign and channel development in order to sustainably and efficiently scale our paid acquisition channels.

Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of paid campaigns & drive a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Lead marketing technology adoption that will enable the team to meet its goalsAssistance in the tracking maintenance and optimisationAbout youWe seek an analytical and data-driven mind with a proven track record of implementing successful performance marketing campaigns in the SaaS space.

7+ years in performance marketing, with a proven track record of growing revenue at a positive ROIResults-oriented, high level of initiative and self-disciplineStrong experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads and Native advertising.

Experience in Programmatic is a plusAnalytical mindset –you'll dive into the data to report on campaign results, develop new campaign ideas, and constantly iterate and improve programs with a data-driven approachTeam player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to get things done.

Feel comfortable in dynamic environments where flexibility is keyStrong communicator with the ability to speak confidently on both strategy and tactics.

Expertise in B2B SaaS startup environments with PLG AND sales-led go-to-market motions it's a plusVery good knowledge of English and other European languages is also a plus (German, French or Portuguese)
