In this role the main tasks and accountabilities you can expect may include:
- Analyze, understand and challenge the managers' needs, and convert them into appealing Job postings.
- Identify where our target group is located and how to inspire them.
- Translating business objectives into robust recruiting strategies and routes to market.
- Design of and delivering innovative sourcing strategies and solutions to meet business needs generate a talent pipeline using a variety of channels, social media, data mining, and xray searching.
- Developing multihire sourcing strategies and collaborate with colleagues crossdivisionally and crossfunctionally to leverage wide channels, and coordinate global campaigns.
- Working in partnership with the hiring managers and HR community to understand and drive resource planning, and to define appropriate timescales for recruitment campaigns.
- Providing consultative services on industry and market trends to the business.
- Awareness of direct sourcing approaches using professional networks, social media, job boards and other channels.
- Experience / knowledge of corporate recruitment in the engineering, IT, hightechnology, or the aerospace and defence sector.
- Demonstrated ability to consult, influence, and partner with colleagues and senior leaders.
- Fluency in English is a must, other European language(s) is considered a plus.
