More than 1 million patients have been treated with our oncology medicines over the past five years. Our medicines are being studied in over 2.000 clinical trials and in more than 30 types of cancer.

In a fast changing and highly competitive environment, it is essential to adapt our go to market and evaluate how we are impacting our customers and consumers to better meet their needs and improve business result.

The new operating model demands for a higher volume of content production, as part of the Oncology department in our company, the Oncology Content Developer will develop and execute optimal customer focused experiences that translates brand strategies into compelling omnichannel plans driven by advanced analytics and insights.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating content that aligns with our new operating model and meets the needs of our customers in the field of oncology, through the right channels & platforms.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute data-driven campaigns that effectively communicate our brand message and drive customer engagement.

The evolution of traditional marketing teams into agile teams needs to be supported in order to be able to think, design, test, measure and implement the campaigns that customers need and want.


Responsibilities:

Creat content (branded & unbranded) of communication and marketing campaigns in close cooperation with the BCM & Medical Advisor and other cross-functional team members to leverage the customer experience in a compliant way and in accordance with company standards.

Liases with Campaign Manager to align implementation and decide the appropriate platforms and channels to be usedContent creation and optimization:
Create engaging and informative content for various platforms and channels including websites, social media, email, and online advertisements. Optimize content for search engines and ensure it is visually appealing, relevant, and accurate.
Stay up-to-date: Keep abreast with the latest trends and best practices from other countries in content development and incorporate them into our strategies in order to find synergies and optimize resource utilization

Collaboration and coordination:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and medical professionals to gather information, ensure accuracy, and develop content that meets our customers' needs.

Coordinate with external agencies, if required.

Content measurement and analysis:
Monitor and track the performance of content using analytics tools. Analyze data and provide insights to drive continuous improvement, optimize content strategies and proactively suggest adjustments to the campaign. Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related fieldProven experience in content development and marketing, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industryStrong understanding of marketing strategies and best practicesProficiency in data analysis and using advanced analytics tools to drive insightsExperience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholdersKnowledge of regulatory guidelines and compliance in healthcare marketingSkills and Competencies:

Content Development:
The Oncology Content Developer should have strong skills in creating compelling and engaging content for omnichannels.

This includes understanding the target audience, developing messaging that resonates with them, and creating content that aligns with brand strategies.


Omnichannel Marketing:

The Content Developer Manager must have a deep understanding of omnichannel marketing and how to create integrated campaigns that span multiple platforms and channels.

They should be able to develop strategies that leverage different channels to reach customers effectively.

Data Analysis:

As a content developer, it is important to have a strong analytical mindset and be able to use data to drive insights and optimize campaigns.

The Content Developer Manager should be proficient in using analytics tools and comfortable with analyzing data to measure the impact of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.


Project Management:

The Content Developer Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of content development, including coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing internal approvals.

Strong project management skills are required to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and in a compliant manner.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaboration with key stakeholders, such as the BCM & Medical Advisor and the Campaign Manager, is crucial for the success of content development.

The Content Developer Manager should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders and ensure alignment on campaign strategies and implementation.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and content development strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex medical information in a clear and concise manner.

Capable of analyzing strategies and translating into appealing messaging.
Familiarity with oncology terminology, research, and treatment options.
