On permet aux automobilistes de comparer les garages près de chez eux en fonction du prix, des avis et de la disponibilité puis de prendre rendez-vous directement en ligne après avoir obtenu un devis précis. Pour les garagistes, notre solution Vroomly Pro permet de gérer et d'optimiser leur business de A à Z : rendez-vous, achat de pièces, devis et factureet ce n'est que le début

Fondé en 2017, Vroomly dépasse les **2M de visiteurs par mois**, et accompagne plus de **6000 garages au quotidien**, grâce à une équipe qui vient d'atteindre le cap des **100 collaborateurs**

Dans les prochains mois, on prépare des évolutions majeures de notre offre, et on met les bouchées double sur le recrutement pour préparer le **lancement à l'international**

- Le poste de SDR te permettra de te former sur Vroomly, les techniques de vente et les softs skills nécessaires pour **évoluer sur un poste d'Account Executive à court terme **(entre 9 mois et 1 an).
- Dès ton arrivée, nous te donnerons les différentes étapes à atteindre pour évoluer et mettrons en place un plan d'actions/de formation pour te permettre d'évoluer.

**Le contexte du poste**:
**Pour te donner un peu de contexte**, notre team **Sales Development Representative** travaille main dans la main au quotidien avec nos** Account Executive**

Nos SDR **occupent une place centrale** dans notre équipe sales. En effet, ils sont **responsables** de la **génération **et** **de** la qualifications des lead**s,** nous permettant d'avoir de nombreuses opportunités de business En résumé, sans notre équipe SDR, Vroomly ne peut développer son chiffre d'affaires

**En autonomie sur ton poste tes challenges seront de**:

- **Développer et suivre** ton portefeuille de leads.
- **Contacter les garages par téléphone** et leur pitcher Vroomly, principalement en outbound (**cold call**), mais également en traitant des **leads entrants** issus de nos campagnes marketing
- Transformer **en direct** un appel en une **démonstration produit** avec un de nos Sales.
**En autonomie sur ton poste tes challenges seront de**:

- **Augmenter ton taux de conversion** afin d'augmenter la performance globale de l'équipe sales.
- Travailler sur l'amélioration de ton discours commercial et tes techniques de traitement d'objections afin de t'améliorer en continue

En effet, **ce qui va nous intéresser, ce sont tes soft skills**: on a la structure nécessaire en interne pour te faire monter en compétences et développer tes hards skills : coaching d'équipe, coaching individuels, équipe avec plus d'un an d'ancienneté et qui sera toujours dispo pour t'aider, et **que tu puisses à ton tour performer**
- Tu frétilles déjà d'impatience à l'idée de développer notre business
- **Tu apprends rapidement et tu t'adapte vite** à de nouveaux contextes

**Salaire : fixe + variable déplafonné (tu auras ton variable garantit sur les 3 premiers mois afin de te laisser le temps de monter en compétences).**
