A day in the life of...
- Coordinate the process of data collection for budget preparation.
- Upload actuals from SAP and report to IBS
- Track actual cost, preparation of budget vs. actuals reports and analysis;
- Responsible for providing reports to NBS Mancon on monthly basis;
- Perform data analysis and reallocation for actual expenses per cost centres;
- Control the expenses in NBS cost centers;
- Invoice markets for non services cost (T&E; trainings....);
- Prepare monthly actuals (bonus; holidays subsidy...);
- Support purchasing process in NBS center (GR/IR control);
- Realize payments to NBS vendors;
- Control the open Pos;
- Answer audit requests (EY; NIA; Government);
- Guarantee that the F&C flows are compliance with guidelines from Costing team;
- Validate NBS magnitude reports (PACT; CACT);
- Cooperate with accounting team to validate the NBS Balance sheet and justify the variances;
- Coordinate the productivity flow in NBS Lisbon (Monthly call with E2Es; Report to IBS).
What will make you successful
- Degree in Accountancy/Economics/Finance;
- Prior experience (2+ years) of working in finance;
- English (upperintermediate);
- Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Solid skills in data extraction and analysis;
- Good time management skills.
