With an Iberian scope, to work closely to the CPW business and its co-pilot (Iberian and Spain co-pilot), with focus on quality reporting, reliable P&L simulations, and cost management, to ensure transparent and compliant data that will help the business to take decisions based on facts and maintain the credibility of the finance team.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASSISTANT CONTROLLER**
- Improve decision making by timely and accurately providing monthly and quarterly Iberian internal reports (P&L Actuals, top line reports, PFME and MOGE Report, SKU Performance);
- Drive profitability by proactive or requested analysis on the brands / channels / mix / price positioning;
- Strive for continuous improvements through constant review of current processes and methodology, in a clear optic of simplification;
- Drive profitability and growth by managing the Pre and Post Evaluation process for I&R and Promo;
- Drive profitability and growth by supporting strategic decision making with accurate Scenario Simulation;
- Enforce PFME operating standards in accordance with NAS and advise Marketing, acting as a central point of contact for multiple budget owners;
- Overheads costs: develop consistent financial report for senior management that highlights key opportunities and risks;
- Manufacturing Cost;
- Support DF forecast for manufacturing costs with an Iberian scope and clearly provide risks and opportunities on COGS Iberia;
- Participate in the CPW Portugal Comercial Review and prepare information for various Management presentations;
- Create a reliable relationship with the local CPW team and be able to build an overall understanding of our financial objectives amongst the teams (incl. Finance for Non-Finance training);
- Participate in the Audits;
- Establish a strong network of finance contacts in the business and markets to better facilitate data requests and consistency of data;
- Create synergies with local Nestlé to diminish internal work/reports and leverage NIM approach.

**WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL**
- Graduation in Administration, Finance, Economy, Accountancy, or similar;
- Previous 1-3 years of experience in a finance and control department;
- Good understanding of accounting policies is needed;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Knowing SAP and Power BI is a plus;
- Portuguese, proficient in English and Spanish will be valued;
- Pro-active approach to work and to problem solving;
- Analytic and service-oriented mindset;
- Strong desire to implement and deliver;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Good influencing skills;
- Strong planning and organising competences.
