We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our Infrastructure Team, being responsible for leading work on
- term programs that have an impact on the entire company.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and implement project/program management plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.
  • Manage complex projects/programs from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage
- functional teams, providing guidance and support on best practices and project/program management methodologies.

  • Monitor and report on project/program progress, identifying and addressing issues as they arise.
  • Ensure that project/program deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.

What you need to have:

  • Proven experience in project management in technical/crossfunctional projects.
  • Solid understanding of the fundamentals of agile software development and software development practices.
  • Keen product sense. critical thinking and a
- oriented mindset.

  • Ability to learn and get a working understanding of complex topics.
  • Proficiency in communicating and discussing complex topics with both technical and
- technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to navigate through complexity and ambiguity, adapting to evolving project requirements and challenges.
  • Willingness and ability to wear multiple hats and collaborate effectively to reach common goals.
