We are looking for a talented and accomplished

Digital Marketing Specialist. As a Digital Marketing Specialist your role will be to design digital recruitment strategies, based on the hiring needs and business insights. You will work closely with the marketing and the talent acquisition teams to define the ideal sourcing mix and investment strategy. You will run those awareness and conversion campaigns mainly on Meta and Google. This position requires a data-driven mindset, and appetite for learning, in order to deliver leads in a cost-efficient way. As part of our Marketing team, you will also collaborate with experts in digital marketing, social media, content creation and design to help you achieve your goals.

As a

Digital Marketing Specialist, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Design digital recruitment strategies for Portugal & Greece
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Talent Acquisition teams to collect business insights and hiring needs
  • Define ideal sourcing mix, investment strategy, rollout schedule and build forecasts based on business targets and historical data
  • Initiate actions for competitive research, platform determination and audience identification
  • Execute digital awareness and lead generation campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, Spotify, Reddit and other digital platforms
  • Run keywords analysis and make new keywords recommendations
  • Monitor campaigns' performance to optimize spend and results
  • Proactively engage with your stakeholders to adjust campaigns' delivery and improve results if deviate from initial forecasts
  • Coordinate digital content creation (organic and paid) with content department to meet global communication strategy goals and the specifics of your regional audience
  • Scale best practices across campaigns (targeting, audience setup, automations, etc.)
  • Keep up with all digital marketing trends to A/B test in the region
  • Build and present weekly/monthly reports that communicate results, insights and overall performance including business recommendations

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

  • Strong track record work in digital marketing and lead generation campaigns
  • Advanced experience in setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns on all major platforms
  • Advanced knowledge of retargeting, pixel implementation, custom audience creation, standard and custom events
  • Owns certifications issued by Google and/or Meta
  • Considerable work knowledge of multiple selfservice ad platforms: Meta, Google, TikTok, Spotify and Reddit.
  • Experience with A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
