Your mission will be...
You will be part of the Center of Competence ofAccount Reconciliation (CoC Recon) team, located in Portugal. This teamglobally supports all delivery centers with optimization and harmonization ofprocesses, digitalization, and tool implementation on Account Reconciliationarea. It consists of a local management role related to the GBS WEA R2R AC 5and a global support role supporting the GBS R2R AC Account Reconciliationcommunity. Part of the role includes:
Conducted thoroughreconciliations of various general ledger accounts; Identify and commentdiscrepancies in a timely and efficient manner; Maintain accurate financialrecords and ensured compliance with accounting principles and regulatorystandards; Collaborate withcross-functional teams to streamline reconciliation processes and improveaccuracy and automation; Support in the growthand implementation of digital solutions for Account Reconciliation processes,collaborating cross-functionally with other strategists, innovators, productmanagers, and engineers to craft end-to-end business models that solve meaningfulcustomer challenges; Continuously learning,analyzing, and refining the opportunity, steering the functional team throughprogressive strategy iterations, and taking ownership over the path to ascalable new business; SupportAccount Reconciliation implementation andautomation; Collaborate with BOoperations for Account Reconciliation activities in WEA scope.We are looking for someone with...
Professional withdetailed understanding of finance processes and accounting practices, closingand reporting and with expertise in Account Reconciliation process; 3+ years of experience in a fast-growing company with a history ofbringing products from concept to market, working in large global finance tooldevelopment and implementation; Experience of working across international and organizational boundaries; Proven success creating customer focused products; Strong initiative and demonstrated ownership quality across functionsand levels; 3+ years of experience in Accounting; Curious about new technologies and trends; Proficiency in English; SAP FI knowledge (End user knowledge); Redwood designer knowledge.What you can expect from us...
