-> Responsabilities:

  • General customer service
-
Arranging service appointments with service centers and dealers;:

  • Arranging appointments for product recalls;
-
communication with dealers;:

  • Guarantee cases;
-
Inquiries about documents (e.g.

service booklet);:

  • Roadside assistance
-
On-site roadside assistance (engineer will be dispatched);:

  • towing assistance;
-
Connect Mobility Service:

  • Use of the Mercedes Me App and Mercedes Me Adapter App;
-
service activation/deactivation;:

- arranging online appointments;
-
Vehicle monitoring and real-time traffic information;

-> Profile:

  • Fluent in Dutch/Flemish (C1 minimum);
  • Fluent in English minimum C1 is mandatory;
  • Great listening and communication skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Engine Customer Support experience;
  • Aptitude for problemsolving;
  • Dynamism and team spirit;
  • High School diploma or equivalent qualification (minimum requirement).

Valid Work permit in Portugal or EU Citizen (mandatory);

  • Contract : 1 year renewal 2 times. After permanent contract possibl
  • Initial training during 15 working days
  • Work schedule : 8h/day from Monday to Sunday with 2 days off per week, rotating shift;

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lisboa, Distrito de Lisboa: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (required)

Experience:

Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

  • English C1 (required)
  • Dutch/Flemish fluent (required)

License/Certification:
