Position Summary:

Sob a direção do Diretor de Loja, liderar uma equipa de Colaboradores dedicados que alcançam ou excedem as metas de vendas e lucratividade, mantendo a excelência operacional e de merchandising e proporcionando uma experiência de cliente atraente e exclusiva da Under Armour

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Deveres e responsabilidades essenciais incluem, mas não estão limitados ao seguinte:
  • Executar procedimentos de abertura e fecho de loja.
  • Apoiar o Diretor de loja e o Diretor Assistente da Loja com os princípios de experiência do cliente para a equipe da loja; garantir que a cultura de serviço / venda da loja seja representativa da marca Under Armour.
  • Faça parceria com o diretor da loja e o diretor assistente da loja na manutenção de todos os padrões que cobrem mercadorias e conjuntos de piso.
  • Sob a direção do Diretor da Loja e Diretor Assistente da Loja, supervisionar todas as áreas de controlo de stock; monitorar o desempenho de redução da loja dentro das expectativas definidas.
  • Apoiar o Diretor de Loja e Diretor Assistente de Loja, Equipa de Operações de Retalho e RH local em relação à integração e formação contínua.
  • Fornecer feedback oportuno e construtivo ao diretor de loja em todas as facetas das operações da loja.
  • Garantir a conformidade com todas as políticas e procedimentos de UA.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

  • Familiaridade com vários sistemas de registro de PDV de Retalho
  • Forte compreensão das operações da loja, incluindo merchandising visual, stock, gestão de risco e segurança
  • Fluência no idioma local; proficiência em inglês altamente desejada
