Como nosso Nike Store Lead, a sua missão será construir o vínculo entre o consumidor e a marca, fornecendo o mais alto nível de serviço e inspirando com poderosas histórias de marca adaptadas ao ambiente do retail.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Utilizar habilidades excepcionais de atendimento ao cliente, técnicas de vendas e conhecimento do produto para conectar os clientes com o produto certo e impulsionar as vendas
- Lidar com transações mais complexas ou situações de atendimento ao cliente - Fornecer experiência em uma ou mais áreas ou funções (expedição, funções de caixa e atendimento ao cliente)
- Procurar formação para desenvolver ainda mais os conhecimentos
- Auxiliar os gerentes na condução de programas formais de integração e formação para associados
- Auxiliar a coordenação do trabalho de outros colaboradores

Qualificações
- 3 anos de experiência em retail
- Conhecimentos básicos de informática, incluindo Microsoft Office
- Capacidade de trabalhar fins de semana, noites e feriados, conforme necessário
