What will you do?
As a trainee, you will be able to develop some Soft and Hard Skills:

Soft Skills:

  • Teamwork
  • Communication
  • Organization
  • Attention to the details

Hard Skills:

  • Recruitment & Selection
  • Such as CV screening, telephonic interviews, and getting to know the recruitment process end to end.
  • Communication
and Employer Branding

  • Such as creating job ads and participating in employability events inside and outside SBS.
  • Training and development

What you'll need to succeed?

  • Frequency of Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
  • Fluency in English;
  • A curious mindset, detailoriented, professional attitude, and reliable person;
  • Communication
skills (written and verbal);

  • Teamwork
skills with a problem-solving attitude.

What we have to offer you?

  • Internship experience in a Services Shared Center with a welldefined trainee path.
  • 2 or 3 months (from June to September) extracurricular internship contract.
  • Hybrid police office and home office.
  • Flexible schedule: opportunity to begin work anywhere from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and finish between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. after completing a full 8hour shift.
  • Possibility to participate in multicultural projects;
  • SBS partnerships;
