HR Summer Internship

**What will you do?**

As a trainee, you will be able to develop some Soft and Hard Skills:
**Soft Skills**:

- Teamwork
- Communication
- Organization
- Attention to the details

**Hard Skills**:

- Recruitment & Selection
- Such as CV screening, telephonic interviews, and getting to know the recruitment process end to end.
- Communication and Employer Branding
- Such as creating job ads and participating in employability events inside and outside SBS.
- Training and development

**What you'll need to succeed?**
- Frequency of Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
- Fluency in English;
- A curious mindset, detail-oriented, professional attitude, and reliable person;
- Communication skills (written and verbal);
- Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude.

**What we have to offer you?**
- Internship experience in a Services Shared Center with a well-defined trainee path.
- 2 or 3 months (from June to September) extra-curricular internship contract.
- Hybrid police - office and home office.
- Flexible schedule: opportunity to begin work anywhere from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and finish between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. after completing a full 8-hour shift.
