As Senior Digital Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for owning and improving the marketing mix for our product launches and international campaigns.

Think of developing product strategies and how to localize them to different markets and audiences, building creative campaigns, and elevating content production.

This is a remote position, where you will be working for our office based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. You will be hired remotely through the local entity of our global employment partner.

What this role looks like


As the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for helping grow our brand awareness and market share in the core markets: BNLX, DACH, and Spain.

You will work closely with our sales and CS teams and have joint KPIs and OKRs. Think of MQLs, organic growth, brand awareness etc.

In order to drive these good results, you will collaborate with the different specialties in the marketing team (PR, SEO, Performance, Partnerships, Social Media, CRM).

You will report to the Content Marketing Team Lead.

Some of your key tasks as Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

  • Gaining a deep understanding of our customers and prospects, including their organizational goals, structures, motivations, and buying processes;
  • Developing compelling and
- grabbing campaigns for
- impact interactions in order to create awareness and drive conversions;

  • Finding new and innovative ways to target and engage our prospects across all marketing channels, identifying the best platforms to reach them through thoughtfully crafted outbound campaigns;
  • Establishing and reporting on metrics that help refine the performance of these initiatives while keeping an eye on the full funnel (closed deals and retention).
What you will bring to the Marketing team

  • You are an allround marketer with 5+ years of experience; you have broad knowledge covering a wide range of digital tactics across multiple channels and platforms and effortlessly create fitting content;
  • Content creation is second nature to you; from writing SEOproof blogs and landing pages to creating email flows and scripting videos — you brim with creative energy and a drive for flawless execution.
  • You have proven experience with product marketing and creating product campaigns; you know how to optimally use marketing channels and content for a frictionless customer journey to get conversions;
  • You have good written and verbal communication skills in English; you know how to write appealing content for prospects and customers and express yourself to different stakeholders;
  • You are a selfstarter, highly skilled in handling multiple projects at once, and a master at prioritization and getting things done;
  • You know how to improvise, think creatively, and be an enthusiastic problem solver, coming up with creative and unorthodox ideas to engage prospects;
  • You know how to deal with a fastpaced
- up environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities — B2B and Saa
S experience are a plus;

  • You are analytical and
- driven with an openness to change course as needed based on consistent measurement and tracking;

  • Bonus: you speak and write Dutch, German or Spanish and/or have worked in the fitness sector before.
