Join us as a German speaking customer specialist
You will be providing customer support through various channels (call, chat, email)
- Starting with training to familiarize yourself with the systems and processes, supported by our team leader and the entire team
- Assisting users, offering solutions, and responding promptly to inquiries
- Daily communication in German
- Ongoing support from your team leader and the team
What are we seeking?
- Advanced spoken and written German skills, C1 level (Mandatory)
- Intermediate spoken and written English skills, B1 Level (Mandatory)
- Proficient computer skills (Mandatory)
- Ability to convey empathy in written communication
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Time management and goal-oriented mindset
- Availability to work 5 days a week, including weekends
- Availability for 8-hour shifts per day
- Ability to work in 24/7 shifts
