1] RESPONSABILIDADES
Responsável pela área de homologação de fornecedores da empresa (internos e externos);
Suporte na elaboração/negociação e revisão de minutas de documentos jurídicos necessários à atividade da empresa (incluindo direito societário);
Suporte na criação de procedimentos relacionados com temas transversais à empresa e que passem por questões de Compliance;
Suporte na certificação e autenticação de documentos;
Suporte na resposta a reclamações recebidas por entidades terceiras (particulares, clientes, entidades reguladoras, etc).
Acompanhar e manter o conhecimento atual de alterações na legislação que tenham impacto na atividade da empresa.

2] COMPETÊNCIAS
Excelentes conhecimentos escritos e orais da língua inglesa (mandatório);
Conhecimentos de língua espanhola (preferencial).
Espírito de equipa;
Proatividade;
Resistência ao stress e pressão;
Capacidade de resolução de problemas;
Orientação para objetivos e resultados.

3] QUALIFICAÇÕES
Licenciatura em Direito (preferencial);
Experiência - preferencialmente em temas gerais de Compliance (Criação de Procedimentos e ligação com os departamentos relevantes para garantir a eliminação/mitigação de quaisquer riscos legais para a empresa, nomeadamente em temas relacionados com Proteção de Dados/Prevenção de Branqueamento de Capitais/Anticorrupção e Suborno, Matriz de Risco.
