Intro


As the Head of User Acquisition at FRVR, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of all our owned and partnered games.

You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive user acquisition strategies to attract and retain high-quality users across various channels, with a Facebook Instant primary focus on non-standard media.

Reporting directly to the Founder and Director of Channels, you will be a key stakeholder in shaping the company's growth strategy as we reach the following billion people, and prove that billion-dollar mobile games can live beyond the app stores.


Challenges & Responsibilities

  • Craft and execute a strategic user acquisition plan to fuel exponential growth, engagement, and revenue for FRVR's captivating game portfolio.
  • Lead and amplify user acquisition efforts across both traditional and innovative channels, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to drive scalable processes.
  • Leverage data analysis to uncover trends, insights, and optimization opportunities, guiding the enhancement of macro and micro metrics.
  • Set and exceed targets and investment levels for user acquisition across diverse games, campaigns, and channels.
  • Collaborate with Analytics, producers, and game development stakeholders to ensure clear data interpretation and integration of user acquisitiondriven features.
  • Strategize, monitor, and optimize user acquisition budgets for maximum impact.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging platforms, and cuttingedge user acquisition practices to foster innovation and gain a competitive edge.
  • Deliver regular reports and presentations to senior management, showcasing the performance and effectiveness of user acquisition initiatives.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Mathematics).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in user acquisition, digital marketing, or growth marketing, preferably in the thrilling gaming industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing user acquisition strategies that have propelled remarkable user growth and revenue (think 6+ figure budgets).
  • Strong analytical skills to conquer complex data sets, uncover actionable insights, and make datadriven decisions.
  • Proficient in wielding the power of user acquisition tools, platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Appsflyer, Adjust, and more).
  • Strong leadership qualities that inspire and mentor colleagues within your team and those working closely with UA.
