This role involves user administration and role maintenance within the SAP systems, ensuring security, compliance, and efficient user management across the SAP landscape.
Main Tasks:
Support the design and implementation of authorization concepts and procedures for SAP user administration and role maintenance across the entire SAP landscape.
Provide support for associated SAP environments, including interfaces, workflows, and other core SAP components.Assist SAP functional and technical teams to address security, audit, and compliance requirements.
Operation Tasks:
Process daily security requests to ensure smooth operations.
Periodically review SAP security reports for critical authorizations.
Ensure proper user administration and authorization maintenance in lower environments (sandbox, development, quality, and training).Assist with audit checks for segregation of duties conflicts and conduct periodic user access reviews.
What we are looking for:
Between 2 to 3 years of experience in SAP security and authorizations (ECC and S/4HANA – Fiori).Knowledge of multiple platforms including S/4HANA, Solution Manager, and GTS.Experience in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) is a plus.
Knowledge of SAP audit controls/checks for segregation of duties and critical authorizations.Strong team player with the ability to share knowledge and support colleagues.
