We are looking for a Rhino that will(facultativo caso tenhamos info sobre responsabilidades)**- Deliver value through the identification and specification of clients' needs, translating them into use cases. In addition, engage IT Teams to explore opportunities, to develop and to implement them (Get the job done). It aims to address strategic actions to help transformation, keeping all stakeholders up to date about use cases evolution.

The perfect Rhino will have

  • Degree in Business Management or Computer Engineering.
  • 4+ years of Business Analyst experience and Project Management.
  • Confident working with senior levels and with business users, with excellent engagement, verbal, and written communication skills, both in Portuguese and English.
  • Business process mapping experience using BPMN.
  • A real passion for learning, doing things better and helping others and an ability to turn ideas into reality.
  • Very autonomous in terms of all responsibilities described.
  • Ability to handle multiple activities and crossfunctional projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet goals.
  • Proactive, Team spirit and clientoriented.
  • Availability to travel abroad for short periods of time, as required.
  • Availability to go to the office 2/3x per week.
