Kelly Services is currently searching for a Project Management Officer for a client in Porto area.

Job Summary

How You'll Make An Impact

  • Establish and lead the Project Management Office, ensuring the adoption and adherence to best practices, methodologies, and tools.
  • Develop and implement project management practices, processes, and templates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Provide guidance and support to project managers throughout each project lifecycle.
  • Assure comprehensive detailed work plans, schedules, resource plans and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets.
  • Assure data collection, reporting and present results.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout each project lifecycle, optimizing outcomes.
  • Conduct regular PMO reviews and audits to evaluate team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuously evaluate project management practices to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering and/or in management.
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience as PMO or Senior Project Manager in R&D+i driven environments practicing agile Project Management, successfully leading and delivering complex projects within time, budget, and quality constraints.
  • Excellent skills in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, being PMP certification a preference.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire crossfunctional teams.
  • Proved capabilities to lead multiple projects concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Experience in the energy sector is highly desirable.
