**Zu deinem Aufgabenfeld**:

- Du unterstützt unseren Klienten in der schriftlichen und telefonischen Kundenberatung für Kunden auf der deutschen Sprache in unserem Contact Center in Lissabon._
- Deutschsprachige Inbound-Kundenbetreuung per Telefon, Chat und E-mail; allgemeine sowie technische Nutzeranfragen sind zu erwarten
- Kundenanfragen, -probleme und -beschwerden entgegennehmen und professionell und freundlich darauf reagieren
- Sich um die Kundenzufriedenheit bemühen, indem man effiziente und effektive Lösungen bietet, auf Kundenbedürfnisse eingeht und eine positive Kundenerfahrung gewährleistet
- Erfassen und Dokumentieren von Kundenanfragen, Problembeschreibungen, durchgeführten Maßnahmen und Lösungen in den internen Systemen oder Ticketing-Systemen des Unternehmens auf englisch
- Professionelle Verwaltung von Kundendaten in internen Systemen
- Als Repräsentant der Firma vertrittst du die Unternehmenswerte und sorgst für eine gute Reputation der Marke

**Zu deinem Profil**:

- Deutsch als Muttersprache oder mindestens auf einem starken C1-Niveau
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. B2-Niveau)
- Erfahrung in einer schnelllebigen Betriebsumgebung, in einer Call-Center-Umgebung oder in einer Rolle mit Kundenkontakt ist ein Plus
- Proaktive und selbstbewusste Kommunikation in Wort und Schrift
- Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Fähigkeit, unter Einhaltung zeitlicher Fristen qualitativ hochwertige Arbeit zu leisten
