Portfolio Specialist Corporate - Portfolio Management


A equipa do Portfolio Management assegura o contacto com os investidores, fornecendo-lhes informação detalhada sobre a performance dos portefólios permitindo adaptações estratégicas sempre que necessário, de forma a garantir o cumprimento das expectativas.

O Portfolio Management está integrado no departamento do Portfolio Management & Reporting, departamento que corresponde ao centro de decisão estratégico da empresa e que engloba outras duas áreas analíticas e que no seu todo produzem informação base para tomada de decisões, que permita maximizar os nossos resultados no menor tempo possível.


Responsabilidades:

  • Analisar e ter profundo conhecimento das carteiras de NPL (non performing loans), Secured (créditos garantidos por hipoteca) e Real Estate;
  • Analisar de forma crítica os relatórios detalhados das diversas carteiras de forma a definir as melhores estratégias para maximizar sua performance;
  • Controlar os custos associados às estratégias estabelecidas;
  • Assegurar o contacto constante com os investidores, tendo um papel participativo em reuniões e conference calls, aconselhando sempre que possível a implementação de novas estratégias;
  • Intervenção nas negociações dos Top clientes.

Perfil Pretendido:

  • Licenciatura e/ou Mestrado em Economia, Gestão, Finanças, Matemática aplicada à Economia e Gestão ou equivalentes ou licenciatura em Direito;
  • Experiência de, pelo menos 3 anos, em Corporate Finance, ou na gestão de créditos Secure corporate;
  • Experiência em modelização e análise financeira de oportunidades de investimento, na criação de slide decks de investimento e apresentação de relatórios a investidores;
  • Fluência, falada e escrita, da língua inglesa;
  • Excelente capacidade analítica e resolução de problemas;
  • Proficiência de Excel e bons conhecimentos nas restantes áreas do Microsoft Office;
  • Elevada capacidade de comunicação Interpessoal;
  • Elevado sentido de responsabilidade e autonomia.
