In order to continue our growth story, we are looking for a:

Sales Back Office Assistant (100%)

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensuring customer enquiries are dealt with and answered in a timely manner
  • Channeling customer requests to the correct stakeholers for resolution
  • Supporting sales teams with any request for information, promotional materials, administration that may be required.
  • Ensuring customer data is up to date in the CRM system and mapped to the correct Brands

You are:

  • Teamoriented and eager to assist colleagues across functions and regions
  • A pragmatic problem solver who sees opportunities where other people see problems, who is risk intelligent and a positive thinker
  • A selfmotivated individual who is able to work independently and under pressure

You bring:

  • 13 years of relevant work experience
  • Solid experience with CRM maintenance
  • Full English professional proficiency and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent planning, organizational and timemanagement skills
