HiJiffy is looking for an Onboarding Representative that will join the Customer Success team in welcoming, onboarding and training German-speaking clients.

If you have a customer-oriented mindset, have great attention to detail and are looking to start your career in Customer Success, this position might be what you're looking for

About the role

  • You will be responsible for the whole onboarding process for new clients;
  • You will be the first point of contact for the client after a deal is closed;
  • You will ensure a smooth and fast experience of onboarding of your clients.

Key requirements

  • Degree in Hospitality Management or Business Management;
  • 02 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Previous hotel experience preferred;
  • Fluent in English and Proficient in German;
  • You have a customeroriented mindset;
  • You work well in a team and value collaboration;
  • You're reliable, selfmotivated, and focused on delivering highquality work;
  • You have a positive and solutionoriented mindset;
  • You're selfmotivated and have strong organisational skills;
  • You're comfortable working in a remotefirst organisation.
