A Área de Cobranças e Gestão Da Dívida, inserida na Direção Plataforma de Mercado, da E-REDES, que tem como missão gerir a relação com os agentes do setor elétrico, assegurando a eficiência das operações de mercado e do ciclo comercial visando a maximização da qualidade do serviço prestado e a redução dos custos operacionais, cumprindo a regulamentação em vigor e reforçando o papel da E-REDES enquanto facilitador de mercado, está a recrutar um Business and Operations Analyst.


Descritivo de funções:

  • Business analyst dos processos de Cobrança e Gestão da Dívida;
  • Produção e acompanhamento de informação de gestão operacional;
  • Tratamento e análise da informação de suporte à gestão, numa ótica administrativa e financeira;
  • Gestão de contrato dos PSE;
  • Cálculo e monitorização dos SLA e desempenho dos PSE;
  • Cálculo e monitorização dos KPIs da área;
  • Execução de atividades operacionais da área de Cobrança e Gestão da Dívida;
  • Gestão da relação dos processos de Cobranças e Gestão da Dívida com outras áreas de negócio;
  • Colaboração na análise dos resultados dos PSE na ótica de melhoria e de redução de custos;
  • Participação no processo de Quality Assurance;
  • Análise crítica aos processos com vista à melhoria contínua;
  • Elaboração de estudos de melhoria da área de negócio;
  • Monitorização do processo de cobrança e dívida endtoend;
  • Participação em projetos transversais.
Que tipo de perfil procuramos?

  • Licenciatura/Mestrado em Informática gestão, Gestão Informação, Sistemas informação, Gestão, Economia, Matemática ou Estatística;
  • Experiência profissional até 8 anos;
  • Experiência em áreas de cobrança e gestão da dívida e/ou área de operações ou em consultoria;
  • Experiência em implementação/acompanhamento de sistemas de operação e/ou informação ou em Gestão e Automatização de Processos e Melhoria continua;
