We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead the market in Italy.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for strategic development, sales growth, and overall management of the company's activities in the Italian market.


Key Responsibilities:

Support for Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, including coordinating specific promotional activities for the Italian market.

Social Media Management:Contribute to managing the company's social media accounts in Italian, creating engaging content.

Data Analysis:Compile and analyze marketing data specific to the Italian market, evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns and providing relevant insights.

Development Strategy:Develop and implement long-term growth strategies in alignment with the company's overall objectives.

Product Development:Collaborate with R&D and marketing teams to design new products or enhance existing ones, considering market needs.

Strategic Planning: Develop strategic plans for product marketing, including pricing, distribution, and promotion.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of the Italian market and sector trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
  • Strong interest in Digital marketing channels/ecommerce and content producer
  • Positive, growth mindset, ability to learn, proactivity and ambition

Education:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration/Business Development, Economics.
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be an asset.
