Junior European Product Line Manager

**Job Purpose**
Supports the development and on-going management of product lines at the European level to ensure the successful design, engineering, production, marketing, promotion and selling of assigned product lines and drive team effort towards identified marketing goals.
**A glimpse of your daily mission**
- Supports Product Line Management team to manage product development projects including the coordination of other functional departments.
- Ensures feature/function/benefit and differentiating requirements satisfy market needs and product strategy. Coordinates with Industrial Design or external design partners the translation of criteria into product solutions.
- Leads completion of all key marketing deliverables within the Haworth new product development and implementation process.
- Works with Marketing Communications on strategy for successful product launch.
- Provides support to European sales teams to strengthen Haworth market position.
**Your Qualifications**
- Graduate in Business Administration or Marketing or equivalent.
- Broad knowledge of marketing, product planning, project management and preferably basic knowledge of finance, engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Experience within the office furniture industry or a closely related industry would be beneficial.
