  • Strong Project Management skills are a must
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Min 15 years' experience in the Project Management field
  • Experience in working as a Project Management dealing with main consultants or Developers Teams
  • The ability to work in an environment that demands excellence, time, and energy
  • Exquisite Presentation Skills, adept at engaging with High-NetWorth Individuals, Corporate Clients, and Event Planners.
  • Nextlevel organizational and Leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring the Client's Group to New Heights.
  • Creative solutions and ownership of all duties and tasks assigned, while ensuring an unparalleled Journey with our Client.
  • Skills in Improving Customer Satisfaction and Driving Profitability, showcasing a commitment to Industry-Leading Standards.

  • Handle project data and information whilst coordinating and corresponding with the project/stakeholders
  • Leading, managing and developing project teams or work streams as part of larger projects and delivering results through others
  • Plan and update project schedule, follow up daily with all parties to remain on schedule for the project deliverables and handover.
  • Commercially aware; experienced in monthly budgeting/forecasting and managing project budgets
  • Able to write scope of services, and deliverables for Master Planning Consultant and Specialists.
  • Structuring and updating the project's data room
  • Communicating effectively and focusing on efficient, collaborative and quality delivery;
