What you'll do:
- As part of the global operational planning team, you will steer Emma's supply chain to enable the rollout of new products and portfolio changes.
- You will be responsible for the coordination of Emma's supply chain when it comes to portfolio changes. Including overarching project management, capacity planning, supply chain network analyses, etc.
- You will have full ownership of strategic projects, being responsible for the timeline and rollout of new products.
- You will create testing and scaling plans, defining key milestones and results to be achieved.
- You will lead crossfunctional projects, working closely with teams such as Procurement, logistics, business development, product success, product development, and other planning subteams.
- You will support the creation and development of companywide standards and best practices when it comes to project management.
- You will proactively identify and communicate opportunities for improvement or potential risks.
Who we are looking for:
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in management, business administration, engineering or a related field.
- You have practical experience in project management, operational planning or supply chain management. Relevant certification is a plus.
- You are highly structured, with strong organizational talent.
- You are analytically strong and can draw meaningful insights when looking at data.
- You are attracted by new projects and challenges.
- You are a communicative team player and have very good English skills.
