As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness, comfort, and presentation of our luxurious guest rooms.

You will work diligently to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail, providing our guests with a memorable stay that exceeds their expectations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and tidy guest rooms to the highest standards, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning bathrooms.
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks, such as shampooing carpets, washing windows, and polishing fixtures, as needed.
  • Inspect rooms for cleanliness and maintenance issues, promptly reporting any concerns to the housekeeping supervisor.
  • Replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms, ensuring that each room is fully stocked with toiletries, linens, and refreshments.
  • Assist with guest requests and inquiries, providing friendly and attentive service to enhance their stay experience.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, embodying the hospitality and warmth of our castle hotel.
