  • Lead and expand the retail operations team within your market
  • Manage day-to-day retail operations and tasks for the market
  • Oversee operational responsibilities for retailer accounts, including onboarding and order management
  • Monitor and enhance retail operations performance
  • Collaborate with global teams for process enhancements
  • Optimize order intake procedures

What We're Seeking:

  • Prior experience in B2B logistics, e-commerce, or startups
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders
  • Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach
  • Drive to challenge the status quo and implement improvements
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Fluency in English (additional languages like German, Portuguese, or Spanish is a bonus)
