**Dann werden Sie Teil unseres globalen Teams als Treasury Financial Risk Controller (w/m/d), um uns gemeinsam als das Risk Control Management-Team innerhalb von Siemens Healthineers Treasury weiterzuentwickeln und das Unternehmen mit neuen Maßstäben für das Risiko-Framework vor ungewollten finanziellen Überraschungen zu bewahren.**

**Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Sie übernehmen die eigenständige Überwachung und Überarbeitung von bestehenden Risiko-KPIs sowie der Exponierung bezüglich Währungseffekten, IR, Geschäftspartnern etc.
- Sie führen Szenarien und Backtesting für bestimmte Strategien aus
- Sie unterstützen den Aufbau der Treasury-Marktdaten und orientieren sich an neuen Entwicklungen (z. B. Einstellung von IBOR)
- Sie bereiten komplexe Sachverhalte (z. B. GuV-Auswirkungen) präzise und kohärent vor, um die bestmögliche Grundlage für Entscheidungsverantwortliche zu schaffen
- Sie sprechen sich für Maßnahmen zur Risikomitigation (z. B. finanzielles Kreditrisiko oder Marktpreisrisiko) und Verbesserungen im Risikomanagement aus
- Sie kümmern sich eigenständig um die durchgehende Analyse, Überwachung, Bewertung und Maßnahmenmitigation sämtlicher Finanzrisiken innerhalb von Treasury
- Sie übernehmen die eigenverantwortliche Entwicklung, die Gestaltung und die Implementierung von Standard
- und Ad-hoc-Berichten mithilfe von digitalen Tools
- Sie unterstützen Projekte und Initiativen für spezifische Prozesse und/oder Risikothemen

**Ihre Qualifikationen und Erfahrung**:

- Sie besitzen einen Masterabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Bank
- und Finanzwesen oder Wirtschaft (MA, MBA, MSC) oder einschlägige Erfahrung in einem ähnlichen Bereich
- Sie haben mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Treasury in einer internationalen Gruppe/Bank oder Beratungsorganisation, insbesondere im Bereich Risikokontrollmanagement oder im Middle Office (Währungseffekte, IR, Geschäftspartner, Liquidität)
- Sie verfügen über eingehendes Know-how im Bereich Hedge Accounting, GuV und Liquidität aus dem Treasury-Geschäft
- Darüber hinaus können Sie solide Erfahrung mit Finanzmodellen und -mathematik vorweisen und überzeugen mit Ihren professionellen Analysefertigkeiten
- Sie haben Erfahrung mit Treasury-Systemen und Marktdatenanbietern, z. B. ION ITS, Refinitiv, Bloomberg
- Sie besitzen eine Treasury-Zertifizierung; eine Registrierung als CFA Charterholder oder GARP Financial Risk Manager ist von Vorteil

- Sie gehen Herausforderungen bei der Strukturierung entschlossen an, übernehmen Verantwortung und besitzen Teamgeist
- Für die problemlose Kommunikation in einem internationalen Umfeld sowie mit internationalen Interessengruppen sind verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse erforderlich; idealerweise haben Sie zudem sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Sie hegen eine Lernbegeisterung für die Zusammenhänge zwischen Hedge Accounting, GuV und Liquiditätseffekten
- Sie sind wissbegierig und bereit, im Bereich Digitalisierung mitzuarbeiten (Power BI, Qlik Sense etc.)
