We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world's leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation.

It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.

You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

About the project:


You will be providing services for Turkish-speaking clients and help them solve any problems or inquiries they might have regarding the product or service offered by the company.


Your tasks:
receive escalations from customer-facing colleagues and works under strict regulations
handle complex issues relating to the fulfilment of online orders placed by customers
ensure a swift and fast resolution for problems occurring during the lifetime of a web purchase (from order induction to item delivery, and from handling flavour changes to RMA completion

provide direction for issue resolution to take the customer out of the loop for complex issues, achieving quick customer satisfaction.

perform investigations that will lead to decisions impacting relations with customers and partners
customer phone and email outreach are necessary to relay issue resolution, providing timely updates when investigating and when restoring the relationship
performing tasks in SAP at a high detail level for record-keeping is essential

What you need:
Fluency in Turkish (must be at least C1)
Fluent in English (at least C1)
Nice to have previous Customer Support experience
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

What we offer
full time contract with Portuguese employer
Salary without accommodation: 1411 euros gross / month
Salary with accommodation (discounted accommodation provided by the company in Lisbon) : 1119 euros gross / month
Remote work in Lisbon
Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer

CONTRACT:
Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal)
Private health insurance after contract signature (additionally to the standard insurance).
