PERFIL PRETENDIDO
Experiência comprovada em liderança de equipas técnicas em ambientes de startup ou scale-up, preferencialmente em empresas SaaS centradas em análise de dados em tempo real; Domínio na definição e otimização de processos de engenharia, com foco na automatização e eficiência operacional; Experiência prática no desenvolvimento e na gestão de produtos de análise de dados em tempo real, com um entendimento aprofundado das exigências e desafios associados; Conhecimento avançado das arquiteturas modernas de produtos de dados e experiência com implementação contínua e entrega contínua (CI/CD); Capacidade de gestão de equilíbrio entre produto e dívida técnica, garantindo uma inovação sustentada associada à evolução de MVP para produtos em crescimento. Capacidade de liderança, com habilidades excepcionais de comunicação e gestão de equipas técnicas em contextos de rápido crescimento. PRINCIPAIS TAREFAS E RESPONSABILIDADES Liderar a equipa de engenharia, assegurando a eficácia no desenvolvimento, entrega e constante evolução do produto; Definir e implementar metodologias de trabalho que promovam a automatização de processos e o aumento da eficiência operacional; Colaborar estreitamente com a gestão de produtos e outros departamentos para alinhar as estratégias técnica e de negócios, garantindo a implementação de soluções inovadoras que atendam às necessidades do mercado; Orientar e desenvolver a equipa, promovendo uma cultura de excelência técnica e inovação contínua; Garantir a integração e uso eficaz das práticas de CI/CD para melhorar continuamente a qualidade e a velocidade de entrega dos produtos desenvolvidos.
