WTW's Finance team is searching for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Global Finance Analytics Centre of Expertise (GFA CoE) team. This role is crucial in adding value to the business by collaborating closely with Business Finance teams and the wider GFA CoE global team across WTW's Centres.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will work alongside Business Finance leaders in the FP&A processes, providing essential insights, forecasts, and plans to support business decisions effectively and promptly.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive financial planning within designated segments.
  • Provide financial analysis and key performance indicators.
  • Report monthly financial performance compared to budget and forecast.
  • Conduct client profitability, new business, and revenue analysis.
  • Analyze salary, benefits, and other costs.
  • Reconcile financials and variances.
  • Understand financial statements and perform cash flow analysis.
  • Review and analyze dashboards.
  • Maintain investment and cost tracking.
  • Assist in budget and forecast establishment.
  • Reconcile processes between systems.
  • Prepare presentations and financial models.
  • Document procedures and maintain up-to-date tasks.
  • Evaluate processes for improvement and create standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure smooth transitions between teams.
  • Uphold global service standards.
  • Provide ad-hoc and project support as needed.

The Finance team serves various stakeholders, both internally and externally, ensuring a consistent global service.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of FP&A experience in a large company or public accounting.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Professional accounting certifications preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and FP&A tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one European language.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global setting.
  • Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Proficiency in English, additional proficiency in Swedish or Danish is a bonus.
