Wish To Win's Finance team is on the lookout for a Senior Financial Analyst for the Global Finance Analytics Centre of Expertise (GFA CoE) crew. This role is all about adding value, collaborating closely with Business Finance squads and the wider GFA CoE global crew spread across Wish To Win's Centres.

You'll team up with Business Finance leaders on FP&A processes like reporting, analytics, insights, forecasting, and planning, aiming to be a trusted adviser by delivering key insights within agreed deadlines, ensuring quality controls.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Drive financial planning within assigned segments, business units, regions, and functions.
  • Provide financial analysis and essential performance drivers to enhance understanding of business outcomes.
  • Analyze monthly financial performance versus budget and forecast, identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Conduct client profitability, new business, and revenue analysis to fuel business growth.
  • Handle salary, benefits, and other cost reporting and analysis.
  • Reconcile financials and variances to address inquiries.
  • Comprehend financial statements like P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
  • Offer working capital and cash flow analysis to clarify Free Cash Flow drivers.
  • Review dashboards and provide commentary on results.
  • Track investments, costs, transformations, and provide analysis and reporting.
  • Understand the planning process, supporting the establishment of WTW's budget/forecast.
  • Perform reconciliation between systems and reports.
  • Handle monthly and quarterly deliverables alongside Business Finance leaders, including revenue analysis and presentations.
  • Prepare and deliver PowerPoint presentations.
  • Create financial models and decision-oriented KPI analysis.
  • Document and update procedures and tasks.
  • Assess processes, create and maintain SOPs, and map out processes for improvement.
  • Ensure smooth process transitions, anticipate requirements, and provide solutions across teams.
  • Adhere to global service standards and internal procedures.
  • Provide ad-hoc and project support.
  • Additional responsibilities as per existing or new process requirements.

The Finance team caters to both internal and external stakeholders, including colleagues, clients, shareholders, financial institutions, suppliers, and regulatory bodies on a global scale.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of FP&A experience in a sizeable company or public accounting setting.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or another quantitative field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Professional accounting certifications preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Visio).
  • Experience with FP&A and Business Intelligence tools like Hyperion Planning/ePBCs, Anaplan, PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and at least one European language (e.g., Spanish, Italian, German, French).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Data-driven and analytical, providing insightful recommendations for decision-making.
  • Full professional proficiency in English, Spanish, and other languages.
