Events manager

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Understand the requirements and details of each event;
- Plan and organise events considering the constraints (meet up, seminars, meetings...);
- Ensure that the services booked are adapted to the clients needs:
- Make suggestions for the success of the event;
- If necessary, find suppliers and service providers and conduct negotiations;
- Approve all the points with the project manager during the handing over of the file;
- Analyze the clients feedback and suggest areas for improvement if necessary;
Main Requirements:
- Degree Logistics, Project Management, Marketing, Communication;
- Experience between 13 years in Logistics and Project Management;
- Awareness of active sourcing tools (MS Office and Planner);
Other Requirements:
- Good level of English minimum B1 (mandatory);
- Good level of French minimum B1 (mandatory);
- Willingness to learn and evolve;
- Good communication skills;
- Ability to work in a multicultural team.
