ResponsibilitiesResponsible for internal and corporate HR communication (changes in structure, admission of new employees, regulatory changes, etc.);
Liaising with the marketing department on external communications, taking part in HR events, Christmas dinners, job fairs and social responsibility events.
Creating and standardising the design/layout of HR documents;Responsible for the training area, from surveying training needs, registering and organising classes, mediating training with external partners.
Requirements
Marketing or Human Resources Management degree;
Approximately 1/2 years professional experience in a similar role;
Creativity, thinking outside the box and dynamism;
Interest in Human Resources area;
Knowledge in adobe tools;
English professional level (mandatory).
