Gestão de uma equipa direta;
Garantir o alinhamento estratégico da operadora;
Assegurar capilaridade comercial na zona que representa;
Analisar o reporting diário e tomar medidas para correção dos desvios;
Garantir cumprimento modelo comercial;
competências
Experiência em funções de gestão de equipas comerciais / operacionais (preferencial no setor de comunicações);
Experiência em gestão de equipas;
Capacidade de definir processos internos, que promovam a melhoria da performance dos parceiros;
Capacidade analítica, de comunicação e de resolução de conflitos;
Ferramentas de Office - Nível intermédio
