A Fed Finance, empresa de recrutamento especializado na área da contabilidade e finanças empresariais, encontra-se em processo de recrutamento de um JUNIOR ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST M/F com fluência em inglês (M/F).

Neste contexto e com report ao Accunting Manager, procuramos um Júnior com uma primeira experiência afim de participar na internalização da contabilidade e dos processos financeiros

O SEU PERFIL

  • Licenciatura em Contabilidade, Finanças ou gestão.
  • Até 2 anos de experiência relevante em contabilidade ou finanças; ou recém-formados com forte histórico acadêmico
  • Domínio de Microsoft Excel;
  • Excelentes habilidades organizacionais e um olhar atento aos detalhes.
  • A capacidade de trabalhar de forma autônoma e colaborativa em um ambiente de ritmo acelerado.
  • Boa comunicação e habilidade interpessoal, com disposição para aprender e contribuir para o sucesso da equipe.

As sua responsabilidades serão as seguintes:

  • Auxiliar na manutenção de registos contabilísticos de acordo com as regulamentações locais (SNC)
  • Apoiar o processo de implantação do sistema ERP, contribuindo para o aprimoramento das operações financeiras.
  • Ajudar a coordenar relatórios financeiros e esforços de conformidade com o nosso fornecedor de contabilidade externo.
  • Participar nas tarefas contabilísticas diárias.
  • Auxiliar na elaboração das declarações fiscais, tarefas de compliance e comunicação com a autoridade fiscal.
  • Apoiar o processamento de faturas e de pagamentos para garantir precisão e pontualidade.
  • Pro-actividade na comunicação e partilha com vários departamentos para apoiar práticas financeiras que se alinhem com os objetivos operacionais
